Quiggy · proof of concept

Terms of use

Last updated 14 September 2026

Quiggy is operated by Geckoandlime (Malta). This deployment is an invitation-only proof of concept. By signing in you agree to what follows.

What this is

A working demonstration: you photograph a receipt, Quiggy reads it and records it in a real double-entry ledger, or asks you one question when it cannot tell. It is under active development and may change or break without notice.

This is not your statutory books, and not advice

Do not rely on this system as your accounting records, and do not use it to prepare or support a tax filing. Nothing here is accounting, tax or legal advice. Keep your existing records and your accountant. We make no warranty that what Quiggy reads or posts is correct — checking it is up to you.

Your account

Sign-in links go to your email address and are single-use. Keep access to that inbox secure, do not share your links, and tell us at finance@quiggy.app if you think someone else has used your account.

What you upload

Upload only documents you are entitled to upload. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share with us and the processors listed in the privacy notice — in particular, no health records or other special-category data, which this deployment is not set up to handle.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability, and may be withdrawn at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this proof of concept.

Ending it

You can stop using Quiggy whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may end your access at any time. The privacy notice explains what happens to your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
